Revainrating 5 out of 5

Useful, secure, lots of storage options

First of all I have to say that I was unnecessarily alarmed at what information was provided about it to advertise its use and I really didn't need to be carried (Maybe I was not in the "uncivilized" part of Italy? Rome and Florence really couldn't be safer cities, and while Naples is a little sketchy, it really didn't look any different at night than desert neighborhoods in Queens or Brooklyn It's just a matter of common sense I live in Manhattan and have never been mugged It's just a matter of purposefully holding on to your shoulder bag without being an idiot and leaving your backpack unattended or swinging the bag freely on your shoulder and being mindful of where you're behaving in a big city. So maybe I'm more used to it.) But I was ni Not sure as I haven't been to Italy in many years and since I had one I didn't want it stolen so I bought a Hero shoulder bag for me and my husband well designed, plenty of space, and the first few days i have hidden my mobile phone in its back compartment - cards, passport, money and papers can also be stowed in it. It is well made and flexible. After a while I found it inconvenient to keep my phone in there as I often need it outside to look at Google Maps so I carried it in my shoulder bag and just didn't pay attention to where and when I took my phone out. But I honestly never saw anyone try to approach me or look at my phone, even in Naples, and it was a Galaxy Note 9. I didn't see any homeless people or people chasing anyone, just people who live their lives. But I've stayed away from extremely high tourist areas because I hate crowds - and when you're in a tourist area, like a big square, no roses, thanks - don't interact at all with strangers who start you "something" "offer nothing, not a word, no eye contact, put on your sunglasses and just look away. Like I would do in New York. So I kept the Hero in my shoulder bag like a regular wallet. It worked well, it fits a lot of money, a passport, credit cards, loose change and even checks and tickets, there is enough space. And came in handy when I need to hang it around my neck or as a holster, for example when I have to check my bag at a museum and want to keep my phone and passport. As such, I would still use it the same way on future trips, either as a wallet in my purse or to take out and put in when I need to check my bag. I have a few complaints. -- Appearance -- it has to be in different colors if someone wants to wear it, and I found the logo really unattractive and intrusive. I bought myself and my husband the same wallets only in gray and then I couldn't tell them apart so I painted the white logo as close to your gray as possible to make it invisible but I would have had better , if you had the logo was much smaller, looked more stylish and the wallet looked less flashy. I want it to be black, tan or tan although I know it's meant to be worn under clothing and I think the logo could be thinner and much smaller. Why so big and in white? It's not nice. But it is a thoughtful and useful wallet.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled
