what a fiasco! I received the Rock Your Hair Moisture Madness shampoo and conditioner in my FabFitFun box and I absolutely love them! The shampoo and conditioner have a pink-pearl color and a light strawberry scent. The shampoo lathers really well and my hair feels so clean - the conditioner is thick but not too heavy and leaves my hair soft but with body. Fast forward to me ordering this shit. First of all - I order a duo of shampoo and conditioner and they send me 2 bottles of shampoo. The seller puts this on Amazon - who tells me I can return it and order again - very helpful right? NO. So I found a place where I could order two conditioners, thinking that I would then have two shampoos and two conditioners. I get this order - it's shampoo and conditioner. I now have 3 shampoos and 1 conditioner when technically my order was supposed to have 3 conditioners and a shampoo. I returned two shampoos. Getting better! I still had the original FFF shampoo and conditioner, so I haven't tried this new product yet. I finally did and let me tell you - this is NOT the same product. The shampoo is white in color and has a chemical smell. It sticks to your hair like Elmer's glue! It didn't lather, I even got a little panicked at how it felt on my hair and immediately washed it out with another shampoo. The air conditioning is ok but not what it used to be. So if you have used this shampoo before and it was pink and strawberry flavored - DO NOT BUY THIS. it is NOT the same product. That sucks and they probably won't even give you the items you need.
