First, all sixteen bearings (two per pulley) were installed incorrectly. seal face! See photo in bearing identification number area. This forces the seals into the bearing balls, causing them to seize. Second, the bottom of the groove is higher than the 90 degree intersection of the pulley sides. In other words, the pulley does not run along the sides of the 90° angle, but rather along the apex of the angle in the groove at the base of the pulley. In other words, the sides of the pulley don't touch the sides of the angle because the base of the pulley v is too high. Otherwise pulleys would be very good!
