Heyous Groove Stainless Silent Pulley Review

As my tests showed, this pulley is top-notch when it comes to smooth, silent operation. I was very impressed by the durable stainless steel construction which ensures longevity and rust resistance .Plus it provides great value for money. I would highly recommend this industrial grade pulley to anyone looking for a quality bearing for their power transmission machines. However, the installation can be a bit tricky for someone with limited technical knowledge..

First, all sixteen bearings (two per pulley) were installed incorrectly. seal face! See photo in bearing identification number area. This forces the seals into the bearing balls, causing them to seize. Second, the bottom of the groove is higher than the 90 degree intersection of the pulley sides.
