no screws and rattles
This towel rail was good enough, but when we took it out of the packaging, which appears pretty flimsy, like the packaging of an item you buy at Target or Walmart, we see that it's missing set screws. These are not simple screws you can buy in the store as the size and finish must match the base of the device. I also bought a toilet roll holder that didn't have a screw but it rattled because the screw fell down the barrel of the rod. I'm returning them all and buying Kohler products instead. I've never had a quality issue with Kohler and they come in fully sealed packaging to ensure all the parts needed are in the box.
