This projector did not live up to my expectations. There were no instructions in the box itself other than a quick start guide which you can figure out for yourself and without them. It looked pretty basic, but when it was on set it was more likely to be made for China, where it was clearly stated on the packaging that it was made! Mind you, the box didn't even say the projector's brand name, and when I received it in Amazon packaging with two other items I had purchased, it didn't even come with a receipt for my order? The tutorial is in Chinese only and I think those are the only instructions you will get. The screen helper it has i think if you are casting from an iphone like i go to happycast and then recognizes my phone i always say allow then a blank screen. Anything important to click or whatever becomes blank screens and then you're dead in the water. Anyway, the biggest issue was that I bought it to spend movie nights with my family and I have an Apple TV 4K so I bought Disney+ to see all the great movies that were coming out. There is an image, but there is no sound at all. Tried bluetooth speakers, external speakers and then the speakers that are inside. Nothing ! So my son said try the Mickey Mouse Club House which I did and it worked for me. But not with a Bluetooth speaker, just speakers inside, and then the one I connected. Then I went to Netflix and it does the same thing except I have no sound on shows other than kids cartoons but not all of them. For example Pj Masks yes for Clay and no for Ozark? What the hell? I talked and tried different ways and all possibilities for hours. I'm convinced I was just ripped off and this product wasn't what it was supposed to be. It even shows Netflix preinstalled on a smart projector, but when you get it you get Chinese language apps. There are no pre-installed apps like you would expect when buying a regular flat screen Smart TV. Try searching for Netflix on Google Play and it doesn't even show up. It's like it's not on this projector unless it's connected to another external device like a Fire Stick, AppleTV or regular cable, and even then you hear no sound when playing. You hear noises and clicks, but when you press that play button, NOTHING! I also find it funny that there weren't any reviews for this projector and I just thought it was an updated model so it must be better and now that I've posted this review are there any others from previous dates now? And nobody has the same problems or what?
