I returned my first Emerson radio and have now received my second Emerson radio. That does not work. So I called Emerson's customer service and spoke to their representative. I was told that Emerson no longer makes radios. I was told to put in a new battery (Discount Jungle sent me a battery) and if it doesn't work, it won't work.
