I really want to love this item. In general, the swimsuit is very cute and comfortable. The biggest issue I had was that they didn't include straps. If I didn't have a large cup size maybe that wouldn't be a problem, but if your ladies are taller then you should have straps. Now I would normally have no problem sending this item back and waiting for a new one with a strap. come, but we're going on vacation and just don't have the time. So I contacted the seller and asked if they could just send me my missing belts. They said no, that the swimsuit and straps match and that they don't just have extra pairs lying around. ok then where is the couple that should come with me? They offered to refund me part of the purchase price so I could buy my own belts. great, great, whatever. . except that instead of doing it like I said, I get another email asking me to return the swimsuit and they give me a 30% discount on buying a new one. I made it very clear that I don't have time for this. So we agreed that they would just give me some money back. They just don't keep their promises and just keep sending e-mails. So basically the swimsuit is very cute but I gave it 1 star because their customer service SUCKS! Buyers be careful
