I ordered these while in the hospital when I realized how amazing the hospital version feels post-birth. These stay cold for at least 30 minutes, and definitely help ease the pain and uncomfortableness of the swollen lady bits. Only taking away 1 star because of the size - I have to waddle out of the bathroom because they are so large they push my legs apart, and they aren’t the most comfortable to sit on unless you lean way back or lay down. Still highly recommend them though. I bought a second box when my first ran low.
