Online shopping at Hyoola: A disappointing experience

I recently made a buy from Hyoola, and I have to admit that I was very dissatisfied with the entire process. The website is awkwardly laid out and challenging to use. Finding what I was searching for was a hassle, and the search feature was of no use. My understanding of the quality and characteristics of the products is clouded by the website's inadequate product descriptions. My disappointment only increased when my purchase was delivered. The goods weren't worth the amount I paid because they were of poor quality. The candle holders were flimsy and badly constructed, and the candles had an odd smell. The situation was made worse by the unresponsive and unhelpful customer support. They were arrogant and dismissive when I contacted them to voice my displeasure. Overall, I regret purchasing from Hyoola and would not advise anyone searching for kitchen and home goods, home décor, candles, or holders to visit this website.
