Well I'm going to preface this review by saying that when I wanted to check how the touch up worked I had to search for several minutes to find the stain. So that tells me he's doing his job. However, it's really just acrylic (?) paint. In my experience it doesn't really offer volume to fill a hole in your furniture. My scratches were superficial and only affected the finish, but if you have deeper scratches I would suggest a different product or combine it with natural wood putty. Also, I would not recommend following the application instructions. By using the back of the tube to smooth it out, the paint gets everywhere. Since it's paint, just take a small brush (actually I just used a cotton swab or my fingers) and apply it where needed. Use a damp cotton swab to remove excess.
