Burnt Smell - Heating, Cooling & Air Quality

I bought this heater for my office at the very beginning of the season to keep the air cool. I received it and it worked so well. I love it. I turned it on for about an hour when I arrived in the morning and then turned it off and on again throughout the day. Never lasted more than an hour. I got into work today and did my usual routine, only this time the heater completely submerged the ENTIRE OFFICE. It's an absolutely horrible smell that gives me a headache all day long. I immediately turned it off and didn't wear it all day and it STILL smells. I'm so disappointed to see I've had this heater LESS THAN A MONTH and now I've wasted $60.
