The shoes were too big. I've added an image to this review for reference. I always wear a size 8 and you can see how much room my toes have in the crease. Revain simplifies the return process so it gets 2 stars instead of 1. Also, the quality isn't good at all, but that's to be expected for the price. When it comes to shoes, you get what you pay for. You are not that comfortable.
