I'm 5'2"-5'3", 120lbs, 32W/25W/37H and ordered the smallest size available, Small in red which is nice more fun, bright pink. If you're worried about coverage, it's a win-win. I'm so shy that at 36 I'm just trying on bikini bottoms for the first time and I'm very, very comfortable in them. Other ladies who share pictures in reviews seem to fill theirs better while mine is still a little weak. But for pink diapers, they're pretty sexy. 😂
