In bag, on tipi and both hanging ropes that had to be cut. A little annoying, but not the main problem. It's lighter than I expected. My 2.5 year old son knocked it over in 5 seconds. When unpacking the supplied Starlight tripod, a star was already removed (cannot be placed). When the wigwam fell it smashed the lights battery compartment - ALL IN DETAIL. Do we want to replace them? On the plus side, we now know its strengths and weaknesses and will always keep security in mind. Since my autistic son sometimes just needs a private quiet spot (away from his twin sister) this is VERY great. We will keep and enjoy it for many years. IF YOU CAN REPLACE THE BULBS WILL IT BE GREAT?
