Fast customer support! Discreet power indicator

Wow! Nekteck support replied to my email within 20 minutes! In the evening! It's outrageous and there's a lot to be said. In my RV I use Nekteck's USB-C output to charge my Jackery Power Bar Portable Laptop Charger, Jackery PowerBar 77Wh/20800mAh, 85W (100W Max) Travel Laptop Power Bank and MacBook Power Bank, HP, Thinkpad, Laptop and others to charge laptops that I also bought from Revain. The Nekteck charger works great. I bought it to charge at 45W via the USB-C port. It works very well, full power, as does the fast charge port. The blue power LED bothers me. The power indicator is very difficult to see apart from a very narrow angle of less than 5 degrees. I thought that the light source should be closer to the hole in the case so you can see the power is on from any angle. You can see from Nekteck's support answer below that some people are complaining that the power LEDs are too bright. I can say with confidence that no one will complain about the light on this charger. Here is Nekteck's reply: Thank you for contacting Nekteck. As for the design, the light wasn't too bright, because some customers don't like bright light, or if your light is too good, it may be lower, can it be in a dark place? If you put it in the cigarette port and connect to your phone if it can be charged there is no problem or if you can send us a photo showing your problem then we will try our best to check and to help you, thank you . Kind regards, Nekteck Support
