The ornament arrived shattered in the box. This in itself probably wouldn't be a deal breaker, just annoying to replace a red bulb at the dollar store. But in the manufacturers infinite wisdom a decision was made to use the "blanket" as the protective packaging for the bulb. Now the blanket is filled with microscopic shards of glass and is unusable as well.In essence I paid for a poseable "branch" that plays licensed music. At least I think it's poseable and plays the music. I stopped opening the product upon discovering my powder blue "sack" of glass shards.Waiting to hear back from support on a solution. PS Their support page doesn't work properly and says there's an issue with the "captcha" when their built in program assures you it's verified. Seems intentionally "broken" to me.
