Chemical smell best in cages and accessories

Film on both sides in transparent plastic. You can smell strong chemicals. Peeling both sides of the film was difficult as I didn't use a utility knife to score the edges. The photos show pieces of white foil that I have not removed. I put the stretcher aside to see if the smell would go away. That's a strong smell. I would never put my bird there.
