I like that it's easy to use, has an intuitive UI and is free for small teams (and open source). It also supports multiple languages at once which makes managing international projects easier than with other products. Also, since it uses SIP/VoIP protocols instead of proprietary ones, you can easily integrate it in your existing infrastructure without needing to change anything else. There are some minor issues regarding UX design - e.g., there could be more options available when creating new channels through the web interface. We're using Voxibot as a chatbot assistant within our project management software. This allows us to create custom messages or prompts and save them so they will appear when needed. With this system we managed to reduce customer service ticket rates from 10% to 3%, while increasing average response time from 8 minutes to 15 seconds!
