Easy and Effective Call Center Software

I like that you can have multiple bots running at once in your organization with one account, if needed! You also get to use it for other things as well (texting). It's not very robust when having issues or errors occur during an operation but they are working hard towards making improvements each day which is awesome!! This has been great so far even though we only started using this software about 2 months ago - still plenty of time before our end goal date haha :P We've seen some pretty cool

  • Easy learning curve
  • Has lots more functionality than what meets my eye right now.
  • Very user friendly interface & easy accessibility across all platforms including mobile phones

Very good team collaboration tool: Voxibot the Voximal stack

I like that it's easy to use, has an intuitive UI and is free for small teams (and open source). It also supports multiple languages at once which makes managing international projects easier than with other products. Also, since it uses SIP/VoIP protocols instead of proprietary ones, you can easily integrate it in your existing infrastructure without needing to change anything else. There are some minor issues regarding UX design - e.g., there could be more options available when creating newโ€ฆ
