I like that you can have multiple bots running at once in your organization with one account, if needed! You also get to use it for other things as well (texting). It's not very robust when having issues or errors occur during an operation but they are working hard towards making improvements each day which is awesome!! This has been great so far even though we only started using this software about 2 months ago - still plenty of time before our end goal date haha :P We've seen some pretty cool uses already such calling customers from different departments within companies into 1 call center without needing additional agents/resources etc...
