The best thing so far is how good their customer service was after we did not receive items as promised from e-scan (we were sent an inventory). I have no problems at all with this product or it's use. This software has made using my scanner much easier and more accurate than any other product out there right now. There really isn't anything that could be improved upon for me. It is very easy for employees as well customers alike using this device at any point during their visit which makes it easier than ever before! I wish there was more flexibility when utilizing certain features such as not being able to use some applications that are already installed (such as Microsoft Excel). Nothing really comes up too much but having all my data stored digitally has been great so far especially knowing where clients have walked into stores or what products were purchased by who etc.
