. I bought this a few months ago and was dying to test it extensively before giving my honest opinion. I'm in my 40's and enjoy running but lately my left knee has been swollen after some long runs. I started researching the knee brace and its benefits. This product has a very high rating and now I understand why. Now I use this brace every time I run and my knee hasn't swollen once since I've been wearing it. Unbelievable. Also, it stays locked in my knee while running. He doesn't slip. My knee feels almost 100%. I am very grateful for this product and can only recommend it.
