I have fat fingers. This thimble is quite large

The thimble is a bit heavier than usual. But if you are a hand quilt then this is what you are looking for. The crown on it is amazing. I have a hard time finding a thimble big enough for my fingertips. Size 11 is a bit big for me. I apply beeswax to the inside of the thimble. It was a thick dark wax that I bought at a farmer's market. This made it a little sticky and sticks to my finger very well. I liked it so much that I bought a second one to have for the house and also for the patchwork room at church.
