Review on Topeak Joe Blow Sport III: Ultimate High Pressure Floor Pump for Efficient Inflation by Will Jenkins

This is a product you can rely on for a long time. I had it for a month and used it to inflate 120lb Presta Valve tires. So far, so good. He does what he has to do. Part of my admiration for this product may come from having recently switched from Schrader valves to Presta valves, which inflate just as easily but hold pressure better when you remove the pump from the tube valve. I converted Should have done this thirty years ago! The pump is made of steel with the addition of plastic and rubber where necessary. I liked it so much I bought a portable Topeak to carry around on my bike. It's well done too. I'm 62 years old and I remember a time when products were made to last forever (even a lifetime); that time is long gone. So when I come across a company that makes products to strict standards for durability, ergonomics and performance, I'm thrilled. This product appears to be one of those products. And it is NOT the most expensive pump on the market. Hooray! Update: I've had this pump for three years now, I use it a lot and it's as good as the day I bought it. I don't think I'll ever need to buy another pump in my life (full disclosure: I'm 64!).
