Best bike pump!

After many disappointments from other brands I ordered this one after seeing it being used in a bike service. That's great! It snapped onto my pre-valve with no problem! It even has two sides marked "P" and "S" so you can tell them apart. With other pumps I always had to work properly and lost a lot of air which resulted in poor pumping. The pump action was light and very durable. The valve showed the current pressure level very clearly. So simple and easy! And the price is quite reasonable.

Difficult to use with accessories

I don't know why it has such rave reviews. I find it very difficult to connect the pump head to the valve and I broke the rods on the hoses trying to get the head into the locked position. If you don't have long inner tubes, I think it will be impossible to inflate the tires. It takes a lot of effort to get it properly seated on the valve stem so it doesn't leak when pumping. In short, I hate this pump. My father bought a cheap pump from a store many years ago that only had a valve stem pump…

Pump it up I will!

I am very impressed with this pump. It looks well built and delivers a good amount of air to the pump. The base is steel, as is the barrel. The gauge is plastic but fairly accurate. The handle is made of hard plastic with a rubber surface that is not too uncomfortable. It has a smooth ride, but if you're skinny like me you'll need to lean on it a bit. You need pressure to inflate a tire! It only took me nine pumps to get the pressure from 40psi to 50. (27.5 × 2.25 Schwalbe Rapid Rob tires). The

Great looking pump that handles Presta and Schrader valve stems with ease!

This pump is great if you have bikes with different valves. I can't believe I waited this long to replace my 10 year old pump that had to be adjusted and persuaded to stay on the valve stems for 10 minutes. Inflating tires has become a real chore. I've inflated both bikes with this pump and used each end of the tube for a different valve stem type (Presta and Schrader). The hose slides easily onto the stem and the lever locks it easily without leaking air or being unable to pump air due to…

Wow! Absolutely reliable pump. You have to buy it.

Wow! Consistently excellent quality. I like the tubular steel, it gives it a good weight and quality. The handle is large and comfortable and helps to inflate the tube. Smooth pumping action, efficient with every movement. Heavy duty foot base. The gauge is excellent, with very easy to read yellow and white digits and an easy to move high limit needle. I really like the T-jet as it is the best system for both the Presto valve and the Schrader valve. The nozzle is very easy to insert with no…

Reliable, ergonomic, powerful

This is a product you can rely on for a long time. I had it for a month and used it to inflate 120lb Presta Valve tires. So far, so good. He does what he has to do. Part of my admiration for this product may come from having recently switched from Schrader valves to Presta valves, which inflate just as easily but hold pressure better when you remove the pump from the tube valve. I converted Should have done this thirty years ago! The pump is made of steel with the addition of plastic and rubber

Before the time.

When I used to go to the office regularly, we had a very good bike repair shop in the parking lot. I would only use one pump to inflate the tires. Because it was under one roof in a secure employee car park and regularly maintained, unlike many public pumps, it was always in excellent condition. When I ran out of tires while teleworking, I had to find a way to inflate the tires with air. I admit I'm not the most skilled person when it comes to bike work. The shops around me are almost certainly

Joe Blow 3 vs Earl Gray

I've used a Nashbar Earl Gray pump for the past few years so I'll use that as a benchmark and comparison to the Joe Blow 3. Although I liked Earl Gray it's so great for general use and a Schroeder valve pump, I never really liked it for Presta valves - I always felt there was a lot of guesswork as to whether it was actually appropriate or not, and it will often leak or not seat properly, so it may take a few tries to properly attach it to the valve. That's probably why I bent a few valves, so…
