As a new server they saved me! They are so easy to divide into small and large tables. I can usually get 3 to 4 tables per sheet. For a loaded 4 hour shift I can view 3 sheets. When my fellow waiters see this, they are very impressed. They are flimsy and if you drop the book the glue on top will most likely crack and the leaves will come loose but they help me a lot and I'm not prone to dropping the book. If you are a new server or just a server who loves organization this is for you. If you are a professional server, I think you can do without it.
