I just really like the sneakers. They don't let me walk around the house barefoot, which I like to do anyway. They seem to be quite well made. I didn't know they were made in China. The last pair of shoes started falling apart about a year after I bought them from DSW. They were American made Sperrys. Known brand. But the quality has really gone down. They look and feel like they'll last longer and are less than half the price.
