After using this air conditioner for about 2 days, my wife asked if I heard a high frequency noise when the compressor is running. It was very annoying. A few days later, the device just turned itself off. There were no warning indicators. We checked if it needed draining and it didn't happen. The power supply to the device is completely cut off. Tried to reset and press the power button and nothing happened. About 2 hours later the device turned on again and started to work. I am returning this unit and trying a different model.
