Seemed to be a used set
Markers were fine, two of the colors were already dried out right out of the box (red and black) so they were of no use. The stencils were a nice bonus, although not very long lasting, but I bought the set for a last minute craft for my kindergartener's 100th day of school t shirt. Overall, not too bad, but two of the pens were dried out like the set had been used before, although it was sold as "new/never used."
