went from good MPG to failure

Worked fine when I installed on July 1, 2019 (awaiting mechanic schedule). Plug replaced at the same time. The truck overturned about a month ago. The mechanic replaced the coil, said it was bad, and threw the old one away. After that the truck ran fine and this week another pack of coils failed. These two have so far only about 2000km. Poor or defective item. How can I get replacement and will continue to happen.
