Key parts are PLASTIC and fail easily

Chip, Moen, I really wanted your product to perform as intended. But in just SEVEN light uses, the handheld's power/pause button plastic parts failed (e.g. badly broken in my hand), including the ejection of a freshly bent spring. It was not possible to return it as I bought it over 60 days before it was installed as part of my bathroom renovation. So I hobbled around every now and then to reinstall the remaining tiny parts but the water kept leaking out so I'm not skimping on the water and definitely have no way of shutting down with this current setup. Magnet? - Not as strong as the description says. In truth, the controller needs to be carefully manipulated to find the "best" position in which it *could* stay on top of the large rain shower head. But WARNING: Detecting this elusive position requires constant adjustment as the large rain shower head moves periodically without staying in the set position due to the faucet's plastic adjuster. (YES, I know how to install shower heads and do most repairs at home, so improper installation is not a valid reason to downvote this paragraph.) Moen chose to create tiny plastic parts that are essential to the proper functioning of the overall product Knowing that such parts break easily is bad practice and unfortunately has convinced me to avoid your products in the future.
