Order up to a size and a half larger.
I got these for training in 2015 and to be honest they worked really well for their purpose. But they also run small in men's sizes, so make sure to order one and a half sizes larger. They should be snug, but not too tight. I usually wear 8 men's and 10 women's shoes and for this shoe I got 9 men's and they were still too tight but I ended up breaking them in.
Pros
- You can't go wrong with ASICS. These are great wrestling shoes.
Cons
- After 3 months the shoes are already torn.
