Review on Enhanced Viewing ViewSonic VA2855SMH Monitor: 1920X1080P, 4Hz, Anti-Glare, LCD, HDMI by Sam Swickley

I bought two of these about 3 months ago a few days apart. These are pretty cool monitors. They have a really great viewable area with excellent image quality for the price. I installed them on a dual monitor stand connected to the table. The outer casing (chassis?) of the monitor looks good. However, BOTH my monitors have 1 dead pixel right in the middle. I've had many monitors in my life, including several ViewSonics, and somehow I've never had dead pixels before. I don't think Viewsonic will do anything for you unless you have 2 or more dead pixels. It's very frustrating when you spend so much money. Hence only four stars because I don't feel the manufacturing process has improved for them. I will continue to be more likely to spend money on a more expensive monitor than to go for the "deal" in the future.
