I now have three of these monitors with Mount-It! mounted on my desk. Articulating Single Arm Desktop Computer Monitor Mount for 27" Monitors (MI-751) and Desktop Stand for Dual LCD Monitors VIVO STAND-V002 Heavy-duty, fully adjustable stand for 2/dual screens up to 27" (while mounts sold under different brands they are from the same manufacturer). I started with one monitor to connect to my laptop, then decided a second would make life even better, and finally set up a third monitor to have multiple monitors. Documents simultaneously open monitors connected via an Anker Dual Display Universal Dock with DVI/HDMI (up to 2048 x 1152), audio, Gigabit Ethernet, 6 USB ports (2 USB 3.0 + 4 USB 2.0), 38W adapter connected to my laptop supports Surface Pro/2/3 and above which is excellent. I used three identical monitors to better match display colors and brightness. The two monitors have been in use almost constantly for over a year and a half and the third monitor has now been in use for 6 months and everything works perfectly and without any pixel or other problems. Without the date of manufacture printed on the back of the monitor, I couldn't tell which is the newest or the oldest. I do a lot of word processing and spreadsheets, as well as video and photo editing, and they deliver crisp, clear displays. Streaming videos look great on these monitors. I didn't calibrate them as I don't edit photos that much and I dim the brightness anyway (since I have three of them in front of me all day) but they were bright enough to match the color and brightness I like I had hoped. I use a separate audio system on my desk so can't comment on the speakers (I've kept buying this version of the monitor with speakers just to make sure the screen colors match). I am very happy with these monitors. UPDATE: I now have FOUR of these monitors in near constant use, all connected to my laptop via an Anker dock (I actually also have a 42" LED TV that I use as a fifth). Monitor, via the same Anker dock - the dock is amazing!) It's hard to believe it's been 4 years since I originally wrote this review, but I'm happy to report that all monitors today work exactly as they were when they were new The two oldest monitors are about 5.5 years old and run at least 8 hours almost every day since I've been using them in my company. I don't know if all ViewSonic monitors are this reliable, but this particular model performed fantastically. ANOTHER UPDATE: Okay, I know ViewSonic no longer makes this model of monitor, but I wanted to say that all four monitors I have continue to work perfectly. I still use them as much as I previously described and the oldest rs monitor is over 7 years old.
