I didn't know how to rate this because it became inoperable the moment I tried to mount it, so just based on that experience I'll consider loosening the screws to screw on the mounting plate and when I tried to screw them back on the bracket. Points totally went under in rendering this monitor unusable. All but 1 stayed. I have requested a replacement, I hope the seller will work with me. UPDATE: The return process was easy and not complicated at all. Printed out a return label and sent it back and a few days later the seller refunded my money and didn't make it difficult at all. Thank you for not making it difficult for me! Upgraded to 3 stars just for the quick return process.
