I bought these for kids to draw on 3.5 inch flat wood pattern discs. They fit well, but all fit well when properly centered. Of course, they will work well on many different surfaces. They are thin and flexible so you can use them for something round. I would have liked them to be a bit thicker so that the details stay in place better when using brushes. However, this is actually only a problem for younger children, since they are not yet as precise and gentle when filling in the template. There is a good range here and I really like that they are attached to the ring. It works well and they are easy to remove and replace.
