I have seen many teethers over the years but this is the first. First it came in a plastic storage box which is not new but good. Then the teething ring consists of 3 parts! Luckily, there are instructions, which I lack for many products these days. How do I give a gift if the person doesn't know how to go to the product page? The instructions state that you fill the ice piece with water and then screw the base onto it. Then place these 2 pieces in the freezer. When it's cold, put on the cone bottom and give it to the kid! I find it better than the old ones that had gel inside that was frozen. I like that clear water is used. It is made in China (also not uncommon!).
