Works perfectly! the best in the kitchen and dining room
When I figured out how to manually set the temperature I wanted the thermometer to alarm at, I was very happy with it! There are preset temperatures, but if you read the manual you'll see that you can set it to ANY temperature you want. Worked great! Nice long cord so I could keep it in my roast. My first rib turned out SUPER! I like my new thermometer.
