I like how easy it was for my dispatcher/team leader to access all reports from our agency's office server as well as being able to view information about the calls we were dispatching during any given shift or day when out in the field.
There really isn't anything i dislike but maybe adding an option where a user can create their own "dashboard" with custom fields so they could easily input call type (traffic accident vs medical emergency) into one place instead having two separate dashboards? This would make things easier if there are multiple users working within your system since each dashboard will be tailored towards his specific needs. We use this software primarily for traffic accidents which makes reporting much faster than using paper logs!
