This little thing is a workhorse. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but we were surprised. Wife loves it, she does a great job with everything even the drywall screws I dropped. The only thing that caught our eye is that there's a thin plastic flap covering the entrance to the litter box that hinges, not the best design and tends to detach easily enough to reattach, but the vacuum does doesn't work so well without them. If you empty the trash and aren't careful, you could lose it in the trash can. I had to dig twice. I emailed support requesting more order information and was waiting for a response which just came out today. UPDATE (I got a response from the sellers that they don't offer a plastic valve as a purchase accessory but will provide one if needed, but I suspect it will last as long as the accessory pack - see below). Attachment below - which is too long so I just go to the nearest hardware store and find a similar material and make my own replacement... easy enough to cut the plastic) They answered my email pretty quickly regarding the mop head, we thought we didn't receive it but it's wrapped in cardboard on the side of the box which looks like extra wrapping for the box, they even sent a picture with circles and arrows :-) "alices restraunt" for all you old maniacs like me. We've only had it 4 days so can't comment on the battery life but it powers our whole house at once. So all in all we are very satisfied, worth the money and the resulting affection from your wife :-) Here's an addition. At first I found the support team for this product to be very responsive, but they are based in China :-( That means if you plan on ordering an accessory pack, which you will eventually have to do when parts wear out, you will find it in Wanting to take your order for this vacuum.Why?Because I just ordered ours the day before yesterday and it has an estimated delivery date of October 15th to November 7th, as of this writing the date is August 21st Another addition. After using the vacuum for about 2 weeks I found that it would frequently disconnect from the network which requires you to manually re-pair the device to control it with your phone or Alexa.Disconnected 4 times and it is My network has excellent signal strength and I have a WiFi extender (which I don't really need around the house) that I fitted to go into the separate garage for the headlight and it f works great for the floodlight of its kind a pain to manually reconnect the amrobt to the network repeatedly so I've deducted a star. I hope the seller reads the reviews and understands the problem, is it possible to update the firmware? If they fix this I'll return the star :-) Otherwise, it's doing a great job.
