To prepare for a spring bear hunt that requires a lot of glazing in combination with a sturdy tripod and mount adapter. Ready to use, easy to adjust and very clear optics and magnification. The only concern, and not enough to make the star fall, is that the design is a soft, malleable plastic that can be attacked by oils or solvents like bug spray or other residues commonly found on hands.
