Worked well for a year. After Google's latest update for COVID notifications, the device is useless as the update enables BT 24/7 (although it's disabled by default). This means that the device does not allow other BT connections, including the phone. Shortly thereafter, all default applications reported freezing, blocking, and auto-close. Now the steering wheel controls do not work and by the way there is no sound at all. The soft keys on the side don't respond either. Seller's factory reset recommendations rely on the Stock app and cannot be followed. The reset button on the front panel only resets the device. Useless, don't waste your money.
