Review on RVGUARD 30 Amp 125 Volt RV Power Outlet Box - Weatherproof, Lockable & ETL Listed by Born Waheed

The box is stable, but that's the only plus.

I had to send them back. But I got them working because the box itself is strong and should hold up. The rest of the parts are very cheap. The protrusions on the base are weak. If you pull on the wires, they will break. The ground wires are 3 inches long. The code states that they should protrude 6 inches from the box for easy manipulation of the jar. I replaced those flimsy ground wires. The jar was so cheap I went to Lowes and bought the good ones for $8.95 and threw away the ones in the boxes. 3 box knockouts cannot be knocked out! I banged hell out of the box and the knockouts didn't budge. I had to drill them out with a step drill. I was pressed for time so I kept it. Don't buy them if you don't have mechanical and electrical skills. You can make them work, but you shouldn't.
