I have been using this device for a week and have only had one problem so far. The Human Factors designer should never have specified the "Control" key as the key that needs to be pressed twice to activate the computer switching process. I often have to select different items or groups of text with the Windows key "Ctrl-Shift". Several times, even though I don't complete "ctrl-ctrl-#", previously selected data is deselected when I quickly press the "ctrl" key a second time. Holding down the "Ctrl" key causes jerky cursor movement (Win 10) or scrolling. The previous KVM (for VGA monitors) used the "Func" button to activate the switching process.
