Updated August 17, 2021 After seeing my negative review the company emailed me and offered a refund and replacement. At that point, I realized that packing it back and driving a half hour or more to get to and from the shipping point was too long - wasting time on something cheap was not worth it, so I just threw the cable away . . Then, unbeknownst to me, they wrote that they had refunded the purchase price. I wouldn't have asked for a refund if I hadn't returned it. So I am grateful to them for what they have done. __________ I bought this for a more convenient connection between my laptop and a battery powered Oontz speaker. Or between cell phone and speaker. The right angle connector was quite attractive. he worked? No, not on a phone or laptop, and it didn't matter which plug I used in which jack on either device. The cable that comes with the battery-powered speaker: It doesn't have a right-angle connector, so it's less convenient, but it works fine. So I'll get a refund/replacement if I can figure out what other right angle plug cable might be better. Hopefully there's one out there that actually works.
