Very impressed with this cable at this price. Basically, I saved $80 by being able to use the gaming headset I already had with the new Nintendo Switch we got for Christmas. And I don't have to play without a console or sit 2 feet from the TV. My grandmother would be very happy if I sat in front of the television.

The cable only works if it is partially removed from the headphones, which makes the sound quality extremely poor. I have to turn up the volume to get decent headphone sound. I haven't tried it in my car yet to see if the cable would work better, but I don't have to wait to use it in my car to test its quality and reliability.

I bought the $10 and $8 versions of this cable and the cheaper one works better for me. Using it as a replacement cable for my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro and more expensive just doesn't work. Doesn't fit properly in headset so volume is very low and only works in one ear. The cheaper model works great and is identical to the Razer OEM cable. I think the body is too fat

I bought this cable to run between my Astro Mix amp and the LucidSound LS40. Lucid Sound's standard 3.5mm cable was only 3 feet long and had no braid. needed an update. At that point, I realized that packing it back and driving a half hour or more to get to and from the shipping point was too long - wasting time on something cheap was not worth it, so I just threw the cable away . .
