I received the Z Fold 3 two days before its release and the case was a full week late. It was one of the few available for the phone before it was released (I bought it about a day after the phone was announced). What the product photos don't show is that the front screen has a cheap clear plastic cover that picks up fingerprints and looks awful, not to mention mine had a deep scratch from side to side. Otherwise, I like the case and the company doesn't accept returns, so I removed the clear plastic cover. It was glued very well, so I tapped it in several places with a hammer to get it right off the edge of the case. I used needle nose pliers and a file to get rid of the remaining small pieces on the back side edges. All the photos I post were taken after I removed the clear plastic. The only other issue with this case is that they didn't cut the two stereo speaker holes large enough so that one speaker hole on each speaker is covered by the case (and the case hole alignment doesn't line up with the other holes). I've tested the sound with and without the case and it doesn't affect the sound quality or volume, nor does it produce any vibration/rattling, so it's serviceable. As expected, the skin on the spine is wrinkled. on the back when the phone is open to the inner screen, but it folds easily to keep the phone from wobbling back and forth when placed on a table/desk/surface. The kickstand is a handy feature and can be used in folded or unfolded mode. It stays closed with a magnet as you can see in the photos I post. ETA: I was using my phone's internal screen and suddenly the stand popped open. The bottom magnet has come loose from the case as it is held in place by a piece of tape that barely has any edges around the magnet. I smeared some Loctite Gel Super Glue (in a bottle with squeezable sides for checking) onto the magnet point on the body and put the magnet back on. I left the stand open for a couple of hours to make sure the strong magnetic attraction didn't tear the adhesive off and it's been working ever since. Fast wireless charging works with the case, but much slower than without the case. It takes an additional two hours to wirelessly charge the phone from 15% to 100% in the case. Currently, in-car wireless charging speed matches wireless charging speed and allows you to charge your phone while using both Bluetooth (music/phone/google assistant) and Wi-Fi hotspot (internet connection for Android based car stereo for Google). maps and other applications). I use wireless charging cradles on my bedside table, in the office next to my computer, and in the car (car phone holder with built-in wireless charging), so this is a must-have for me. The one on my bedside table must have been done wrong because it throws an error when I put the case on except in landscape mode, which I don't intend to do, but the same charger in my office works fine, as does mine. . car charger, with this case. ETA: I returned a defective charger and the replacement works as expected in this case. When you open the phone to the inner screen, the front of the case shifts a bit, which doesn't do well for the screen protector built into the case. Your front screen, but I used a roll of tape to apply dots of glue to a few spots around the edges of my phone and that helped hold the lid in place. Other cases come with tape but not this one. Unless you plan on modifying the case by removing the clear plastic I wouldn't recommend buying it, but other than that it's good enough until more cases are made for this phone.
