Hit or miss... Probably better to pass

I really wanted to love her. The price is really good and as many other reviews mention the color choice is great. They are well packaged and organised, with a handy color chart to help you choose the right yarn quickly. However, I have found that the quality of these threads varies widely. Some were great while others were oddly brittle and prone to tearing/twisting/tangling. I used maybe 20 different colors and I would say the rest are poor quality. It's hard to explain what's going on, but as you can see from the photos there will already be occasional glitches. in a thread on a spool (before I put it in the machine) and if I don't realize it and cut it before starting, they give me a giant rat's nest and a headache VERY quickly. , some break in half but don't break. You just keep twisting until there are these micro lumps in the stitch that reduce strength, but you won't notice until you're done. It's pretty annoying. This is the picture on the left. I thought the price was probably too good to be true. I don't think I will buy these again. It could be user error...but I don't think so. And I doubt these are my machines as I have used them on a Singer Scholastic, Singer Simple, Whites and Brother machine. To be fair, I've had fewer issues with Brother than others, so maybe he likes it better. But in the long run, it's less of a hassle to simply spend a little more on the thread and save yourself countless hours cleaning the machine or rethreading a thousand times because the upper thread keeps cutting in half.
