I don't know if it was returned to Amazon before shipping or if they were kind enough to start the cutting process. I assumed the machine was ready to use, but then it didn't work. I searched for a tutorial and the video showed how to thread the spool (which didn't connect). My needle didn't go through either, it kept jamming instead of going straight between the grooves and when trying to adjust the needle it broke in half. Unfortunately I tend to renew items so I cannot return them. Hope it can be fixed!
